SUMMARY OF ALLOCATION ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions supersede our regular Terms and Conditions regarding all Allocation Order items.
Hughes Ballistics is opening up our Manufacturing schedule, up to 180 days out, to enable customers to place Allocation Orders and receive estimated shipping dates within that time period. We will do our best to ship Allocated Order Products in accordance with their expected ship month within this Manufacturing window. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Allocated Order Products. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to update any of this information.
You will be charged at time of placing an Allocated Order. If we're unable to commence shipping 180 days from order placement, we'll provide a full-refund at your request. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.

FULL ALLOCATION ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Allocation Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the placing of Allocation Orders (“Allocation Order”) with Hughes Ballistics, LLC, doing business as Hughes Ballistics (the “Company”) for the Products (as defined below). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Allocation Order of any Hughes Ballistics Products. By submitting your Allocation Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS
You may Allocation Order Hughes Ballistics Products, separately or in combination with each other. The Company may also make other Hughes Ballistics products available for Allocation Order in its discretion (collectively, the “Products”).
SECTION 2 - ALLOCATION ORDER REGISTRATION
When placing an Allocation Order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your Product being shipped by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by editing your order via the link provided in your confirmation email.
SECTION 3 - PAYMENT
You will be charged at the time of placing an Allocation Order. If the Company is unable to commence shipping of an Allocation Order Product on or before the one-year anniversary of your placing the Allocation Order for that Product, the Company shall process a full refund to you. All Allocation Orders are handled through the Shopify Payment platform. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and others as made available from time to time by the payment gateway provider. Your placing of an Allocation Order constitutes your express agreement to the Company charging of your provided payment method at such time.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING
The expected shipping month for Allocation Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Company is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Allocation Order is received by the Company. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
SECTION 5 - NO CANCELLATION / REFUND
Once you place your order, your order is final, non-cancelable and nonrefundable, except as specified in these terms and the applicable terms of sale.
SECTION 6 - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Company, including in respect of any software included in the Products or intellectual property embodied in the Products or data collected by the Products. The current Terms and Conditions of Sale can be found here and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase of the Product will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and the refund policy

Except as expressly provided in the Company’s Terms and Conditions of Sale (found here) and Shipping & Returns Policy (found here), and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Products are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without guaranteed warranty of any kind, and the Company hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the Products, either express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third party rights.
SECTION 9 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Allocation Order Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
These Terms and Conditions below govern all regular in stock sales (Please see Allocation Order Terms and Conditions above for specific Terms and Conditions relating to those sales types)
We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies. Payment is taken at the time of your order and authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.
It is our goal to ship all orders within 3-5 business days after Payment Authorization. However, due to seasonal demand and/or market fluctuation, shipping times may vary. Items will be delivered via the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to make arrangements for future delivery or provide you the option to receive a refund or credit on the item.
If your order contains a lower receiver, there may be an extended period needed to process your order as we acquire or update your selected FFL. Your delivery time frame may change depending on how long this process takes. To speed up this process, you may have your FFL submit their paperwork via email to ffl@Hughes-Ballistics.com.
Any order placed on our website that is over $500 USD will require a signature when being delivered.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the guidelines below for our return policies and procedures.
All items must be returned within 30 days and be in new, unused or unaltered condition including all packaging contents. A 15% restocking fee applies to orders being returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and returnee is responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns on used, blemished (purchased as a blem), or custom items. Attempted returns on non-refundable items will be sent back at the shipper's expense.
As long as the item is in new, unworn condition with all liners and tags still attached, we’d be more than happy to assist with processing a return within 30 days of the purchase date. Upon receipt, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method or apply store credit to your online account to exchange for the new size or color preferred. Exchanges & Store Credit
Orders being exchanged or returned for store credit will not be charged a restocking fee. To ensure your exchange is handled properly, please contact us at 602 476 7477 or send an email to email@example.com.
If for any reason you have a warranty issue with one of our products, please contact us at 602 476 7477 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE: If your items have been altered by you or anyone other than Hughes Ballistics from their original state our Warranty is null and void. Contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
Please describe your situation, include your name and order number or transaction id. One of our technical specialists will then review your claim and contact you within 3-5 business days.

In regards to claims dealing with damaged or blemished products we ask that you send an email to email@example.com for review within 72 hours upon receiving the shipment.

Failed background check
There will be a 50% restocking fee for all controlled items returned due to a failed background check or a denied underage purchase.
